SEMA: Jay Leno Camaro

Wednesday, November 4th, 2009

2010 Jay Leno CamaroPowered by a twin-turbocharged version of the 3.6L direct injected V-6 that is standard in Camaro LS and LT models, Leno’s Camaro blends high performance with surprising efficiency in a racing-ready package. A pair of Turbonetics T-3 turbochargers blows through a custom air-to-air intercooler, force-feeding the engine about seven pounds of boost and lifting its horsepower level to about 425. That’s about 40 percent greater than stock and in normal driving (when the turbochargers aren’t making boost), there’s virtually no penalty in fuel economy over the non-turbocharged 3.6L engine. read more »

2010 Fesler-Moss Camaro

Monday, April 20th, 2009

feslermosscamaro_02
One of the most striking and head-turning designs for the Camaro that we’ve yet to see is here. The 2010 Fesler-Moss Camaro shows that the Retro Styling of the Camaro can still look good with plenty of 21st Century design cues. When you mix two great designers like Fesler (Owner of Fesler Built) and Moss (Former Director of Specialty Vehicles) you’re bound to get something extreme yet tasteful. As with many designs, performance isn’t overlooked either. You can have Fesler-Moss drop in any one of a slew of GM engines in your camaro to make it scream. read more »

Touting 552 HP and 557 lb-ft of Torque the HPE550 is sure to turn a few heads, and possibly injure the drivers neck as well. read more »
