Considering the Camaro will likely have the LS3 powerplant, LG Motorsports just recently dyno'ed some LS3's from auto and manual Corvettes to see what power they were putting down.
Now this isn't for sure, as they could be de-tuned, but I hope they aren't. http://forums.corvetteforum.com/show....php?t=1748224 A6 LS3: 370.8 rwhp and 363.8 rwtq Top of 1st page M6 LS3: 387.8 rwhp and 377.4 rwtq Bottom of 3rd page Not bad for wheel horsepower.

Not bad but it looks like GM gave up some low end to get a higher peak number.
I hope the LS3 is the optional V-8. Adn they put LQ9s or something in as the base. Then ti can compete directly with the Evo and STI.
