I think if Smokey & The Bandit everytime i see one of those.My brother-in-law bought a new one back in 1977.It was silver w/red interior.400 4spd.

no i havent dynoed it yet, i gotta drive it 500 miles first to break the motor in. its going on the dyno though for some part throttle runs to get an idea of some hp ratings

Asside from the headers what isn't stock on that 383? I can give you some good ballpark numbers if your curious.

well the intake runners are ported, theres a dual plane intake on it, no emissions stuff, serpentine system, no a/c only ps and alternator, holley 770 street avenger, msd all the way, electric fuel pump, and the engine is supposed to have 425hp stock and 460ft pounds of torque

thats all i can think of to the engine that might matter

Ok so nothing like the hotcam in it then.

To the wheels I'm thinking somewhere around 375hp and 428tq.

once it gets on the dyno, ill let you know the real #'s, but im liking the way those are sounding, lol

That's an optimistic guess though, once you get everything tuned right, that's sure as hell not a baseline.
