There are 2 ways to post images.

First when you hit the reply button and go to the reply box just scroll down and you will see a tab that says manage attachments. Click that and a small window will open with a browse button to post pics.

Or you can host your pics on the web such as photobucket or image shack then just copy the image url and paste it here.
