Default The Mutt ... '94 Camaro Z28

Same as in the garage but here's the rundown again...

Really quick through the years ... purchased the car on April 2nd 2001 (yeah, on April 1st, I told Carmax I'll come get it the next day ... lol).

My first mod. was headlight covers. Then came a shift controller. Then came 3.42:1 gears. Then came a burnt trans. The came two built trannies. Then came headers/cam/rockers/CIA/Dynomax exhaust with cutout. Then came a messed up rocker and the fear of it happening again with other much worst things 'cos the engine was pushing north of 100K miles ... ah fuck it! Then the damn LT1/4L60E was ditched for the mighty LS1 swap...

Ofcourse, with the first stage of the LS1 swap came the TH350/stall and true dual exhaust with dumps, which I didn't hold on to for long (best with it was a 11.26@120 leaving real easy 'cos of the 10bolt), but I sick of the going straight, in with the goal of being able to take turns really fast, sold my drag wheels and did the T-56 conversion, and the final configuration, well atleast at time of writing this, is as follows...

POWERTRAIN:
Engine Wiring and operating system from '98 LS1
6.0ltr LQ9 block with all Forged internals and fly-cut pistons
Hoops Performance Ported Heads w/larger valves
PRC Gold dual valve springs
238/240 .610 .610 109 cam (I think)
LS2 intake with #42 injectors and 90mm Throttle Body
Jethot Coated Hooker style headers
Custom 3" with dual cat y-pipe to 3.5" catback with single exit
T-56 6-Speed Trans. with McLeod Clutch, adjustable master cylinder, and Pro5.0 shifter
3" steel Custom built driveshaft
10-bolt with 3:42:1 gears and Zexel Diff.

APPEARANCE/SUSPENSION:
Koni 4/4 Shocks with Ground Control Springs (550/175)
Strano Front and Rear Sway bars
18x9.5 and 18x10.5 Chrome Z06 replica wheels
LS1 front brake conversion
Harwood 2.5" cowl hood
Hotchkis LCA's
Double rod end panhard bar
Spohn body mounted T/A with loop (removed)
LG Motorsports tranny mounted rod ended T/A

OTHER SEEMINGLY UNIMPORTANT SHYT:
Fuel pressure and wideband AFR gauges on A-pillar
Kameleon Head unit
Kenwood 12" SUB and some random 350W Amplifier

Soon to come - TSP Torquer V.2 or equiv. cam for road duty
T-top Conversion

All work was performed by me (except the tranny builds) ... NOW GIVE ME A FREAKING COOKIE!!!

Nice man, keep us updated as you do the t-top conversion. Have you gotten it dyno'd yet?

With the TH350 and 3500 stall and dumped true duals, it put down 401rwhp on our Mustang Dyno. After the M6 conversion and a pretty restrictive single 3.5" exhaust (dual cats and Flowmaster single in/out muffler) it only managed 403rwhp ... we'll see where we get when the new cam goes in and the exhaust is opened up some.
