Did you check the injector fuses?

Sorry computer broke finally got it fixed yes I check the injector fuses and my injector tester also has a function to test the harnes and it said everything is working correctly. If it were my ignition cylender/or switch, or even the key I would have a security light blinking right?

If the key fails, the car WILL NOT even crank at all. You'll turn it, and ...nothing,,,,

With a bad ignition switch at the top of the column, the car will crank, but WILL NOT get any spark. You said the car is getting spark, and obviously it fired when you sprayed fluid into it, so it's not an ignition issue.

It is going to be a pcm related problem. Something is telling the injectors not to open. You have spark, you have fuel at the rail, you have air. SO, the fuel is not getting into the cylinders. I am not saying your pcm is bad, but something is triggered telling your injectors to stay closed. The only one I know of off the top of my head is the "clear flood" mode. That has to do with the tps sensor showing your foot is to the floor. If it was that, the car would have continued running after you primed it, because that mode only affects starting. Let me dig around again, i'll see what I can find.

Did a LOT of digging. Everything seems to point to either an incorrect power supply to the pcm, or a bad ground to the pcm. How does that rats nest of wires look on the passenger side wheel well? You know that red circular thingy with like 6 wires bolted together? Clean it up with some baking soda, or battery terminal cleaner. Check the engine grounds also. There is a braided one right off of the ignition module near the driver side cylinder head.

They did not look to bad when I was changing the computer, but i'll give it another look over tonight. I did clean the ground strap by the ignition mod. I'll add another ground wire just for piece of mind. Thanks, I'll repost with an update.

Okay cleaned the grounds and the red powere wires in that junction box, it is still doing the same thing. I'm going to run the injector test again today and check the injector harness, maybe something got disconnected when I removed the fuel rail to change the Reg.
