Yea the stock intakes are able to support in upwards of 500 HP if they are hand ported. Which is still cheaper than the LT4 intake if I remember right.

Price range comes in to play here. Kooks are tremendous bang for the buck, but you're talking well over $1,000. SLP has some nice systems and I'm direct with them. I think Pacesetter is next and you are under $500 plus shipping or close to that. I'd tell you to go with a Y Pipe and SS cutout before the axle. Duels are nice, but it's something you can add down the road and also change to an X Pipe somewhere down the road as well. So how much are you working with? I take it you want catted with mufflers? More info please.

SLPs are nice, but they kinda kill your ground clearance. I'm not 100% sure but some kid that's in HS now ripped his open/ dented a cylinder off on a back street after just putting them in not too long ago. The road he was going on he should have known better but still.

The LT1 SLP headers were not bad for ground clearence but the LS1 headers are an inch lowwer then the k member.
SLP is getting out of the f-body scene and are aiming to ward ford.
