Well guys i took your advice i never shifter the car manually, cause i didnt want to break it, yet it broke anyhow when i stand on it the car shifts down then wont shift up till i let off, when i dont thrash on it she shifts fine. Also i was pulling onto the highway today started to go and the car seemed as if i ran outa fuel, which i still had half a tank i pulled it outa gear revved it up put it in gear and it was fine. Something makes me think fuel pump maybe what do u guys think?

What you think is 'running out of fuel' was probally the tranny not able to find a gear. I'd do a transmission flush, and if all else fails, a new tranny. Break out the KY, cause you might just need it.

Do not flush the transmission if it is slipping, which it is. Your transmission cannot handle any power because it is slipping. As soon as you "floor it" and the power builds, the clutches start to slip, and it seems as though the car just stops accelerating, and the tranny doesn't have enough pressure to apply the next gear. If you baby it, it will be fine.
If you decide to flush the transmission, keep in mind that right now, there is some fine metal in the fluid which aides in it gripping with a weak tranny. If you do flush it out with new slick fluid the slippage will be even worse than before.

Even if you don't want to flush the system, you might still want to consider changing the filter, No telling how long its been in there. As far as the metal in the fluid keeping helping in the aide of the gears, that wouldn't be possible...
You can try some Trans Tune. you get it at the auto parts store. you will have to drain some fluid out of the tranny to make room for the stuff your pouring in. I tried this myself on my last car, it was staying in gears and not shifting. I drained some fluid out and put two cans of that Tune in it, and wow... It fixed it.... Had that car another year and a half before trading it in on this bird. and it never slipped again... just a little thing to try.

Well gents its not the trans, this is gunna make me sound like a moron but its something in the fuel system, 4500rpm and its starts spittin and stutterin like its running outa fuel, but the odd time it will pull fine, did a fuel pressure test and its about 35psi. Should this be higher i have heard 47psi is what u want but not sure if this is true. Also any idea on what it might be ie. fuel pump or regulator also its got a brand new fuel filter so its not that.
