My drivers side window (power) in my 94 Firebird was loose and needed a helping hand to raise and lower it, I took it apart and a little black wheel was broken off a channel inside, I tried welding it and it broke off again, I replaced the channel inside the door, heres some pictures and a blow by blow description if anyone has the same problem, or if anyone ever has to take their window out.
