No, but you've asked a very general set of questions. I can give you plenty of advice, but I was waiting for one of the more knowledgable late model mods to post first.
However, im sure the same questions im wondering they will wonder as well.
What are you making the car for? (Street, DD, Strip, etc) What is currently done to it? How much money do you have to spend? What are you looking to get out of the car?(hp/tq) Do you want to keep it N/A or go with some sort of FI?(Turbo, S/C, Nitrous)

As it stands it pretty much stock SS.I have ZR1 11.5s on back 9.5 front,SLP loudmouth exhaust and 58mm tb.I want to keep it street for most part.As far as what Im looking to spend right now about 2,00-3,500$ but def continue to invest through time.I would love to have some sort F/I set up in future just lack funds to do so properly at this time.Basically at this time I just want a faster car,I just didnt know what kind power a 350 block ported/ or w improved heads, cam etc will produce or if im better off waiting till have money for 383 kit/install or perhaps crate engine.

Don't get a crate unless your lazy or don't have time. You can build a much better motor for the same amount of cash.

go with a AFR they make the BEST set of heads for the lt1 and some how offer bigger combustion chamber bigger runners and valves ive never seen them but trying to acquire some (a set if anyone has them to sell) because factory heads i cant even put 2.02 intake valve itll hit the edge of the com. chamber and NO OFFENSE but the LT4 HOTCAM is so OVERRATED call up jegs and tell them what you want your engine to do (rpm range, top end low end, mid range, gas mileage, radical drag racing, other engine mods done like intake throttle body etc and thell hook you up) LT4 HOTCAMS great but you have to remember that was lame attemp in making RELIABLE assembly line power and optimum performance was and had to be compromise for government and other regulations and they used 1.6 rocker not 1.5 so w/o 1.6 ratio itll be nothing!

plus the difference between porting and polishing stock heads verse buying aftermaket heads there isnt anycomparision most are cnc machined and cleaned up plus better part of 60% of the time companies physically move the valve further left or right in the the combustion chamber and somtimes modify the valve angle cuz that little difference (as in 1 degree or 12thousandth to the right) makes all the difference but believe it or not LT4 heads are pretty stout for a decent cost but they are what they are (factory government stunted performance)
