Yea a MSD is only a drop in the bucket more than a Opti. And it won't die if it gets wet.

A good alternative to the carwash under carriage spray is to grab a garden sprinkler line and roll your car over it then slowly pull it back over the course of an afternoon. It'll get anything that isn't really gunked up under there. (The flat green rolls that have little pinholes cut on the one side.
