Default Time for an exhaust question

New question, new thread. As of right now I have Pacesetter LTs and a true dual 3" setup and love it. Wanting to get a cheap X-Pipe and have the guy who did my exhaust put it on and also go from glasspacks (was on a low low budget at the time and couldn't go open headers) to a set of Dynomax Bullets. Would you...keep the dual 3" or go get a Y-Pipe and a nice catback (Corsa, Borla, or B&B Triflow)? I like the look my car has now, stock height with painted wheels but if i ever wanted to put different wheels on it I'd lower it cause it looks funny when cars have 17s or 18s on stock ride height. Obviously I can't lower it much with that 3" exhaust hanging down. Opinions needed. (Sorry if I'm driving you guys nuts)

Notch the frame a touch to tuck it up higher. Get rid of the glasspacks, and run bullets off of each header. The y-pipe and cat-back option will add 25-30lbs to your car, won't sund as mean and will make a little less hp than the true-dual setup you already have.

Well that's if his Dual setup deletes before the axle and dumps. I think though he has the exhaust going straight past the axles though. Not sure on that.

Right now its duals down the trans tunnel by the driveshaft dumping right in front of the axle.

keep the duels......never go w/ a b&b tri-flow. My buddy had that, it was HEAVY as hell and it cost him about 12 rwhp lost due to adding it, needless to say, he switched back to duels.
