1993-1997 Camaro and Firebird
I got ahold of a 1994 camaro V-6. I have so many questions about this car its unreal. I was wondering if the rearend and suspension could hold up to a V-8. I would build the rearend if it is worth building. One more ? is it easier to drop the motor out of the bottom or pull it from the top??? Thanks for the help.
To answer the first question, no, the rear end sadly wont hold up to a v8. Theoretically it will work, but the only question is how long.
Its MUCH easier to drop the motor out of the bottom via the kmember than anything else. I can drop my 3.8 in under an hour. (But, lets just say i've done it a .. few .. times.)
Any other questions, feel free to ask. Thats what im here for
So what is the best rearend for my car? I dont really have the $$$ for a 9in like in my drag car. I just need something that will hold up. do you know what the difference is between the Z28 suspension and the V6 susp. I feel stupid lol
