no. but i did get some more time under the hood. i put a new battery in it and it stumbled but was running for like 6 seconds then died and would turn over but not start even when i tryed to jump it off. i could smell unburned gas coming out the exhast. hmm... i should check the spark plugs.

Most definatley sounds like spark. If the plugs look good, might as well check the wires.

I put new plugs and wires on it...nothing. I then put a new coil pack on it ....again nothing. Gave up and put a new water pump, hoses, fuel filter, coolant temp sensor, and a ecm i "borrowed" from my little brother...and guess what? Nothing. zip zero squat nadda. it might be time to give up....
