Motor's out, nothing you can do but replace it, or get a shortie.

Can i just remove disconnect the motors power?

Just take off the paneling inside and unplug the motor. Its a cakewalk.

I did it! It was very easy, im a smaller guy so i was able to just sit in the trunk and pull out the spare tire half way and detach the one set of wires, there was another one for my security but i just left that alone.

Id recommend this mod to any one who wishes not to have a stupid antenna if they listen to cd's or have an ipod hook up.
