Honestly, I doubt it. My thoughts are, by adding more filler inside the TB and narrowing the space by which air passes, it would defeat the point. I think porting one would be far far better when it comes to seeing gains.

i dont wanna sound snobby but i'd junk both ideas and actually its been a proven fact those velocity stacks actually help you LOSE 2 or so hp at you engines peak power because it actually chokes the motor (makes tb opening smaller) and porting youll be lucky to see 1hp at thr rear wheels if you even do get a gain id just save a few $$ and get a aftermaket bigger one youll lose bottom end torque make more mid-range torque and gain 5 peak horsepower at the wheels.
