x2. When it comes to custom stuff like that, I would always watch the tech. Hes more likely to take care of your vehicle when you watch. Granted, being a tech, it pisses me off when someone hovers, but if its a performance car, and a car enthusiast, I can understand.

If you tell them you have never seen one of those parts installed before and are courious how its done I doubt if they will get to upset.
