My car still gets better gas mileage than the Hemi does,but not by much.

It's deffinately a 3.1L v6 with Multi-Port Fuel Injection which I was told is the v6 version of TPI

You have to remember that you are looking at a 10-15 year old car. The book value for it in mint condition isn't going to be much. A 4th gen LT1 car, will have ABS, anti-theft on the key, air bags, and traction control (optional), that will lower the rate a tiny bit too.

Go with the LS1 it will be cheaper in the long run.
