Default Help with starting problems

I have trouble starting my 94 Firebird when cold. I have to crank the engine over about 3 times and hit the gas to fire it up. Once the engine is warm it starts no problem turn key. When I first got the car the PCV air in off the intake was broken. The little rubber 90 degree boot that goes in the pass. side valve cover. I thought this would solve the problem but it didn't. I was thinking maybe it could be something to do with the choke? I replaced the fuel filter and put fuel injector cleaner in the tank.

Thanks

Could be low fuel pressure. Turn the key to the ignition position before starting, and then wait for 5 seconds, let the fuel pressure build up. Then crank it.

Yup. Joel knows his stuff. I would've told you the same.

I turned the ignition to ON and waited about 10 seconds and nothing same thing. Do you think my fuel pump is on the way out?

Possibly.Go buy a can of starter fluid. Spray some into the rubber boot area before the intake manifold. Again, make sure the motor is cold. Try to start it. If it fires right up, you most definitly have a fuel issue.
