im currently removing the entire rearend off of my 98' 3.8l camaro to replace with a used one off of a salvaged 99' and im looking for any threads, pics, advice or anything ya'll can give me that will help me make this turn out right and to ensure all is put back together correctly. id appreciate it

I just replaced the rear shocks on my 98. from what I could tell.. there is not a whole lot down there.. Springs, control arms, PHB, wires, fuel and brake lines. Take pics as you go and use a bright colored paint pen to mark locations of bolts, springs, etc...
Best advise I can give is to get the car lifted high enough and safely supported to allow for room to navigate under there and get a buddy to help out. |
