If you're the guy I'm thinking of, spraying a V-6 to a blistering 10.5 sec 1/8th mile times isn't anywhere near "spanking an LT1"
|
I'll run an LT1
|
OK, you can run my LT1.

I think he was referring to "Stock" LT-1s

I bought my 6 b/c, i wanted a 94-95 mustang GT but my parents didnt think it would be a good idea if i got a V8. So i started looking for a V6 mustang in that same year range and realized they only had 150 hp.Then my dad found a 96 firebird sittin on the lot where he worked, i looked it up, found out it had a 200 hp 3.8, so i was only missing 15 hp from a mustang GT, so i bought the bird.

Actually im working on that. I made a video of it, My computer doesnt have the right hook ups for, so i was gonna take it to a friend of mine and have him just put it on a CD or email it to me, but the damn camera died, and my aunt has the charger for it, but cant find it lol. So ill get a video of it up ASAP. And i have pacesetter headers, custom mid pipe with no cat and a magnaflow catback.

Yea, they arent all that fast. I mean i had exaust, Gearsand intake, but yea, i would take em down fairly easily. The 5 speed coupes were a little tougher, but yea.
