I believe the fan should come on when the temp hits 220. Did u check the fan switch or coolant temp sensor?

I had problems with the relays and the switch that plugs into the head. It was melted by my headers. All is good now.

If the temp gauges is working than the temp sensor should be fine. The fan switch is located on the passenger side cylinder head between the # 6 and 8 cylinders. First check that the wires is connected and not melted. If thats good than get a test light and see if your even getting power to the switch.
