Heres the basics you will need for a rebuild.
Piston set piston rings rodbearings main bearings main seal gaskets timing set oil pump freeze plugs valve seals cam bearings camshaft lifters. Then depending on how it looks you may need to replace the crank and possibly do a valve job on the heads. Plus if you are wanting to bore the cylinders out you will need oversize pistons. One thing though I am not 100% sure if you can bore a 305 out enough to make a 350. It would be much much cheaper to buy a 350 block and build it IMO.

I was told that the biggest you could make a 305 was a 335 and that is with a stroker kit. I know this because I am about to rebuild the 305 I just brought home and put it into my car.
