Default tech questions about 305 tbi to 350 tbi switch

My 88 Firebird has been sitting still for 4 years with a 305 tbi with no compression. My work will sell me there 1989 Chevy van with a 350 tbi and I plan to switch them soon. I want this to be as simple as possible and I was wondering if anyone knew about some potential obsticals I might find as I go. I want to keep the tbi and I don't know what will have to change with the computer. Do I have to change my motor mounts? Someone please help! I am also a poor man so don't taunt me with dreams of create motors and build ups. I just want to drive and enjoy my Firebird!

Since you are buying the engine out of the truck you will have everything you will need to make the swap. You are doing a V8 to V8 swap so the 350 will bolt right in. Main thing your gonna need is the computer out of the truck for the 350.

Yup. Wiring harnesses and everything should be just fine.
