160 degree thermo
Has any one installed the 160 degree theromostat in their LS-1? Can you tell a difference just besides the temp gauge?

My son Zach had a 160 in his 98-Z and we never had a prob till it got hit. I'm not up on these newer motors but most make better Hp around 200 degrees. If i'm wrong i'm sure someone will correct me.

That was my thinking, keep the air and fuel cool and the heads warm. I may be wrong as well.
