1998 Camaro

Runs great until it warms up to normal operating temperature usually about 10 - 15 min of driving

Then some crazy electrical stuff happens

for example car is warmed up
headlights are on
stopped at a traffic light and then proceed to drive
car bogs down headlights shut off but parking lights and fog lights still work
finally after a couple of seconds headlights will work again then car drives if you let off the gas and ease into the accelerator

other times while driving on the instrument cluster the
RPM gauge and MPH gauge fluctuates (1000 rpms and 5 - 10 mph) but engine and car speed don't match the erratic readings
then after a few seconds the headlights go out

Craziness
Any ideas?

I have tried 3 different PCM just to make sure it wasn't a computer issue

Yes, has to be some wiring short in your system. Man I feel for you. That's gonna be fun hinting down and replacing.
