IACV (Idle Air Control Valve) or TPS (Throttle Position Sensor) are the more common reasons for high idle.

Not tryin to thread jack, but I got a question about the TPS. What are the voltages for the closed and WOT positions? I know on a Honda closed is about 0.5V and WOT is about 4.5V.

I had this problem in my parents dodge dakota, come to find out one of the manifold got really gunked up blocking an 02 sensor....although wat phate said is 10 times more likely, but if that doesnt work try scanning the ecu and getting some reads from 02 sensors. im suprised ur not throwing any codes though...

Yup, phate once again nails the top 2 most likely reasons.
