ok, i got a '78 camaro lt, i've built the engine, but i need a good rear end. I'm looking for a posi rear end, but am finding it hard to come by. is there any other gm posi rear end that will fit on my car?? or any other sollutions you might know?? I'm tryin to keep it as inexpensive as i can for now til i can really put up the cash for a better rear end. I would really appreciate your input. I'm tired of runnin a one legged race!

The Z-28's of that year came with a limited slip rear-end. It is a 8.5" 10-bolt and it's very strong right from the factory. They should be pretty easy to find, they made a crapload of them.

12 bolt w/ a posi or L.S. is the only way to go for a built up street beater.
