Default Anybody running a Spohn torque arm?

I'm getting ready to swap out the stock torque arm on my car for one of these Spohn units. Do any of y'all run one of these? How bad was the install? Did you get the driveshaft loops? I'm trying to figure out what all I'm getting into before I get it and try to tackle the install myself.

I have the one with the dual loops. It's a real nice piece.Install is pretty straight forward.I changed mine when i swapped the rear to a 9".Only thing i don't like is it hits the tunnel back by the rear is.Going to be fixing that shortly though.I also have the racing sway bar for the rear. It's expensive, but the factory parts are just so flimsy .

One of the walkthrough articles I read said that the driveshaft loops were two-piece units, so you didn't have to remove the driveshaft. Looking at the pictures online, though, they look like one-piece deals. Were yours one or two piece?

They are 2 piece. It is Half of the loop that bolts into the other half that is right on the arm itself.I dont remember if the shaft was in yet or not.I know there isn't a lot of room up in there though.

I can do routine maintanence...but my garage isn't exactly "well equipped". I'm really worried that I'm going to get this thing and get in over my head.

I run all spohn drag suspension in the rear and I highly recommend them. I have their crossmember mount Tq arm with 1 DS loop. You would need to pull the DS out for this, as it is not like the cheaper 2 piece loops you can add in seperately. I also drilled out the holes in my car where the tunnel brace mounted so that I could run much bigger hardware to hold it into place. The tunnel will also need some massaging on the driver side near the rear axle. Adding this plus their drag sway bar gave me some serious control over my launches
