It looks like you might have to bend the arm back upwards... It looks like it is pushed too far down, causing that Upward motion of the wiper.

Now I like the RAINX wipers personally, just not on my T/A I never had a set like those though. The OEM replacement sets are about the only thign that works well on our cars though it seems.

I use the Michelin ones that you get at walmart... work nicely and no streaks
