is the slp cold air kit with lid worth the money or is there a better kit?

Just go w/ a lid (any brand, they are almost identicle in power gains) and then get the fast toys ram air or the SSRA( super sucker ram air). These combos will be cheaper and more affective in power.

The SLP Version is what everyone uses to show off, but typically, its not going to make a difference with the brand. Just make sure to do the TB Bypass when you do your lid.

MTI makes an awesome looking lid, either clear or Carbon fiber. Go clear if you wanna spray, it looks uber wicked with the nozzles poking through it so you can see everything.

good advice. I have seen the clear one on a T/A while spraying on the dyno, cool factor +10, carbon fiber MTI lid is very nice qaulity as well.
