Default Deal of a lifetime

So I posted a thread earlier on the T/A I found. All this time there was an 86 Z28 5spd sitting in this ladies yard... I must have driven by it like 20 times so I finally went to the door and asked her about it. Long story short it has been sitting for 6 years has NO ROT ANYWHERE and all it needs is a batt and new I pipe due to a large hole. She said she just wants to see it go to a good home. So I offered her $300 dollars and it was mine!!!

Thanks guys... Im picking it up tomorrow after I get a new batt, Im just gonna drive it home cuz its only 1.5 miles from my house. Any suggestions on starting a car that has been sitting for 6 years? O and it also had a new clutch put in by Chevy in 2000.

best way to start sleeping beauty "crank r up" see if she'll start or put in 2cd or 3dr gear and key start pushing or the screw driver trick and have a can of carb and starting fluid ready!

Did they have carb in 86? I thought 86 was the first year you could only get 305's in TPI or TBI.
