Update:

Crank and Cam are in. Mondello hydraulic Lifters are in as well and the block is now a aluminum cast coat color as well as the modified performer intake. Tonight I'll put the heads on.

Only problem so far is that my 2 extra sets of Roller Rockers wont fit the new RPM heads which blows, but what are you gonna do. I have pictures, but don't have the cord to post them here at the garage so I'll have to wait.

A mockup with the Modified Performer intake


add a 1" plate and carb


and the oil pan bolted on



Doesn't look like much, but made all of that in the wee hours of the night this weekend. Gotta order some 1.6 ratio Roller Rockers as well as 3/8" pushrods and some headers here soon.

Yeah, once it gets done which will hopefully be soon. It would be done already, but its back at my dads house where we have a garage, so i have to drive back and forth 2.5 hours.

Well got some surprisingly good news.

I thought the cam I had was a stocker, but its actually a Mondello Performance JM-22-25.
So thats a bit more power than I thought I had.
Intake .512 and Exhaust .523 and 274*/280*

Well, gotta get a pushrod length checker because the ones we've got laying around are too short. But man are the roller rockers nice and pretty,
