Default My other Toy and Passion!

Here is another one of my rides its a 1991 Harley Davidson brought down to the last bolt and totally refabricated and rebuilt taking me a total of 5 years including intense machine work like ported and polished heads, custom valves, etc.... the bike has 590 lift cams with 242 duration, with notched pistons. Nickel plated O-ring chain conversion. 11.5 inch lowered progressive suspension, Full high polished outer engine cases, Chrome High torque starter, Accel twin ignition, fully polished outer heads, fully polished outer casing 5-speed transmission, shotgun full length exhaust, Chrome PM dual piston calibers, high polished PM slotted rotors, She is nitrous ready and use to run a twin bottle set-up but later removed when redone a second time.
She has much cosmetic work also such as Black mirrored laquer with 7 different "House of Kolors" candy pearls, sponging and marbelization effect. Everything chromed, high polished or custom painted. Chrome Wide glide front end, Chubby Drag bars, La Pera Gunfighter Seat, custom done lighting, housing and lenses, chromed, stretched and widened swingarm, Chrome and Diamond chipped Harley Davidson Fat Boy rims, Fat boy front fender, Sport bobbed rear fender, Sport Bob 4 gallon gas tank, painted and muraled oil resevior, Braided aluminium lines, Chrome Arlen Ness resovoirs, Chrome switch housings, custom chrome mirrors, Chrome chain guard, Chrome horn housing, Chrome and custom made miniature Tachometer and matching fullsize dash mount speedometer, Chrome suspension components, Matching chrome and black leather footpegs, shift knobs handlebar grips, and foward controls, also has a custom done harness, and custom lighting like flush mount directionals, LED skull taillight setup and a Shovel head chrome housed headlight
and still more but just too much too list.
There is so much work in this bike both cosmetic and performance, there isn't a doubt in my mind she will stand with the best both in performance and in looks. BTW: I am now starting a 250 series wide tire softail build that will be without a doubt a total sick ride. More to come......

This pick shows off the diamond chipped chroming done to the Fat Boy rims

Thanks bro, I am actually stopping on the softtail frame temporarily because they just came out with a Jim Baker six-speed trans for my bike and I just found out Milwaukee Iron would be willing to cut my frame and re-do a longer rake to my neck and back it up and I am now considering a stretch aswell because these guys do awesome frame fabrication work. So I need to save some coinage for the work to the frame and more then likely since I will be stretching her I might redo a custom 5 gallon stretched tank, but none the less I will need to rebuild a new chrome front end, and I am considering inverted forks this time.

Cheers,
~Lou
