Unhappy hey im new here and loooking for some immediate advice..........

hey im like 19 live in central west florida and have owned 4 camaros 2 3rd gens and 2 4th gens and been into cars for 7 yrs now i swapped a few motors and did a few things here and there built my last motor (lt1 with cam ported/ polished heads and intake 2X 58mm TB and alot more even needed compuiter tuning.......ist what i need help with at the 1/4 mile track)

i got done to it is:
(1)11:1 compression (up from stock 10.5)
(2)ported and polished intake and heads (not sure how much better they flow)
(3)stock crank and rotating assembly except for 2 valve relief verses 4 stock 4 valve reliefs (bumping me up by 1/2 compression)
(4)28lb accel injectors verses stock 24lb
(5)2X58mmTB by professional products
(6)comp cams extreme energy #07-503-8 camshaft its a 276/280 advertised cam with 503/510 lift at valve and 225/235 actual duration @ .05 lift
(7) centerforce dual friction centrifugal weights clutch
(8) mickey thompson e/t street radials (315-40-17r's)
94 t56 borg warner with 2.94 first gear with stock 3.23 at the rears..............
power is : 270hp @ 5400 and 310ftlb @4300 but torque curve is pretty much completely flat fron 2100- 4600.... i was told this is probably = to 380hp about with 410-420 ftlb at the crank....

problems ive had is i cant hook up im launching at 4000rpm shifting at 5500 and im literally spinning my tires ALL THE WAY THU 1ST GEAR and THIRD OF THE WAY IN 2CD GEAR AND CHIRPING 3RD........ and ive even did the "nice smokey burnout the tire started squeking once out of the water... and olny pulled the best so far a 14.051 @ 102 MPH and only use 3 gears but im about to shift as i hit the lights (turning 5700) at the end of the track....

ANY SUGGESTIONS ive been told i need more gearing (3.42 or 3.73), my tires are only 6 months old (i have no idea how long that sat in the wharehouse in china) ive been told with the amount of stuff done to it i should be into the low, low 13's and i cant even get out of the 14's any help

i dont wanna sound like a jerk but please be creative i dont need to here "yahs its the gearing man" how much would that eibach drag launch kit help (it has i think stiffer in the rear springs left and right are different rates and right side has and air bag with taller progreesive rat springs in the front)
