Default Old, but New - FordGirlGoneBad

Hey there -- I saw this board on Motortopia in passing and had to do a bit of a search to find it again, but glad I did. You can see in my sig my garage of f-bodies - all collected since my first drive in a Chevy at 41 years old, lol -- swear I had never driven one before then. Born and bred a Ford Girl, from a family of Ford lovers -- I still love them (the family and the Fords, lol), but there's just something about these f-bodies that's addicting. Must be the great people who own them...

Let's see if I can post some pics...

Any my rescued salvage that should be completed this week:

For those of you who don't know me from other boards, I try to buy wrecked or salvage f-bodies and put them back better than they were before. This one now has a WS9 Outlaw hood (in steel, not fiberglass), WS6 front clip, new front fenders, new 18" custom wheels and Falken tires...keep on the lookout for new pics. She got a fresh coat of paint yesterday, made it through her salvage inspection Thursday, scheduled for safety inspection this Thursday, then she'll be tagged and photo-ready. She's also a 6 speed...woot am I excited about this one!

Thanks for the welcome...what do you think of the wheels for the T/A? I was thinking about the Z06 wheels, but it seems everyone has those, the originals are chrome and in great condition, but only 16's -- these are 18s...

I think they'll look great on the all black T/A -- I've blacked out everything on it, since I had to replace the windshield I got the darkest one that the state will allow and plan on heading to the tint shop when she's out of the body shop...Black Beauty!

I think those look too bulky for a F-Body, but then again thats why its your car so you can do what you'd like to it

Nice looking F-bodies. I'd say no on the rims myself for the same reason as Rocket there said. Though the overall design is a nice look they jsut don't seem to work for the WS6.

Welcome to the site and if you wanna see a Your Blakc bird done proper go check Slowass's brick on wheels.
