Car is a 1987 Firebird 2.8 V6 ttops automatic

Details on car.

Has a tied up 2.8 v6 in it, removing tomorrow to get ready for carbed V8 swap

Car has trans am front fenders and hood with working scoop. Body is in decent shape except for under the drivers door (which I found odd) and the passender rear fender well (which is common).

For starters I want to clean up the engine bay and swap the v8 in. In the meantime I want to get the rust spots fixed and get it all in primer, thinking of painting it an electric blue of some sort or I have a couple quarts of viper yellow in the shop which I thought would look good.

Down the road I would like to convert 4.10 possie rear end prolly swap my 350 turbo tranny in, tranny has a 2600 rpm stall torque converter. Car will only be drivin for fun and raced at our local track.

6 cylinder and tranny are out. Changing the cam, lifters, oil pump, and gaskets on the 350. Also putting in a double roller timing set. After that, let the install begin.
