Would you like to see Regional Forums

Its been suggested that we have regional forums. I do not mind this idea at all, however I do see a few things I'll have to do.

If we decide to add this, we will have a Western NY Section as of right now, and no others, if you would like a section for where you are located, get other people from your area to join. After you have a base of members, PM me or another Staff member and we will add the forum. The reason I don't want to have different regions right now is the forums will stay empty and create too many forums with not enough posts.

Let me know your opinions everyone.

I had the same idea, and I have found a way to show it, but I will be updating SMF (the forum software) to 1.1 final in a few days, so I'm going to wait until then to add location to posts.

It is a good idea though, and the one thing I wish I could change without adding a modification.

The only thing with that though, is people actually have to fill out their profiles, which only about 1/2 do.

Even if it's just the state they're from.It shouldn't be a big deal.

Regional forums would be nice to arange meets and other outings. but if you had a meets forum and just sticky the region that would work to, either way this site seems better than others and not so clicky so im gonna stick around and try to meet so cool people and some bad ass cars.

I'll have it as it is now with just "Location:___" and they fill in the blank. I just have to code it so that it shows up on registration, as well as posts, and not just when you view the persons profile.
