Now...of course tirerack doesn't include shipping, mounting, etc. with their prices, but $100 a tire difference?

So...Discount has them for $148 each.
Someone has some crazy prices.
Wow, that's a HUGE difference. I really don't know why they are so much more expensive, unless they were feeding me a whole lot of BS. The prices were on some website though, and I have heard that prices from some of the sites we order from, and what people actually pay are very different. Could be the case here, but the site said about $240.

Kinda sounds like your shop may have charged you regular price but told you they gave you a deal.
Then said they are normally $240.

Either way...you didn't fork out $1000 for them, so you are good.

That seriously would not surprise me knowing the money hungry bastards that I work for.

If I had to fork out $1000, I would not have done it.

im not really sure what ive been using to clean mine

possibly eagle wheel cleaner and sponge with some texture to it , nothing that will leave scratches

but white rims are a PITA to keep clean

i may be looking to have them powdercoated again , a clearcoat would help alot

oh and my GY GS-D3s cost me about 190 a piece , they retail for close to 300 per tire

my Mickeys Et Streets were about 160ish
