I've seen a root style supercharger fit under a stock hood on a 4th. LOTS of fab work, and when I say lots... i've only seen it once lol.

Definitely wheels and tires, second is paint and and anything done to the paint for highlighting ie: flames, striping, pinstripes, etc. However I am a sucker for a car in primer. and third most noticable thing to me is if the windows are tinted and how dark. Too dark just looks horrible to me.

Yea I've seen the work involved on a car on LS Tech. God that kinda stuff they did makes me shudder. It can't be driven on the road anymore unless it's sunny. And yes I love to drive during the rain, mainly because I love that kind of weather.

Im going to have to say a power adder. I love the look of a big turbo hanging out of a fog light hole, a procharger inlet box coming up from the intercoolers, or a bottle or 3 hangin out in my backseat

Id say wheels, but not all fbods need new ones to look good. SS 10 spokes and iroc wheels were great. On the other hand, just about everything in between were pretty aweful.
