Default Challenger SRT8 Bit*h slapped !!!

For several weeks now, I have been seeing this new dodge challenger ( orange w/ black side stripes) rolling through the small town that I live outside of. The younger guy that drives it has thrown me revs on two seperate occasions when I was going in the opposite direction ( tool ).

Well......lol....Last night, the wife said she needed a few things from walgreens and I said I would go to walgreens for her. It was great weather outside, mid 60's, low humidity, nice and cool.....so I drove the Camaro.

I come out of walgreens and low and behold the rev happy challenger srt8 that has been annoying me is sitting at the gas station across the street. I fired up the Camaro, and sat and waited for him to leave. He made the turn towards the HWY heading out of town. I didn't really want him to see me following so I stayed back a little ways so that he wouldn't punk out and turn off away from the HWY. Once on the HWY I pull along side of him and he is not looking over, so I drop it to nuetral and rev him up a bit....he looks over and shakes his head in that kinda "you aint worth the time look".....so I point forward and he AGREES !!!! We slowed down and kept slowwing down and kept slowing down...damn does this guy want a dig on the HWY??? Nope, we ended up going from a 20 mph roll ( his choice ) which was a dumb move for him since I have the 4.10's and MT ET streets on the car. We go on his 3rd honk and it was lights out: 1st, 2nd, 3rd....then I let out, looked in the rear view mirror and had an easy 8 car lengths on his ass...lol Then he wants to try again, from a higher roll ( again his choice ) 45mph......me in 2nd gear start this time.....went on his 3rd beep again, this time I went all out and ran my car untill the top of 5th gear....he was so far back it wasn't funny 12+ car lengths easy....needless to say, he punked out and wouldn't pull up to me again. I snapped a u-turn and went home happy and laughing. Next time I see him rolling through town I will just smile and give him a thumbs down...lol Those 425 hp pigs are worthless IMO.

yeah, it just seems that the owners of these new challenger srt8's that paid twice the msrp have the worst cocky ass attitiudes, worse than srt4 owners IMO.

I'm usually not a fan of street racing....but in my opinion you had no choice but to shut him up!

Glad to see you put him in his place!

i hear that 40 grand!!!!!! i'd rather find a 4th gen t/a or ss with decent miles for about 15k and drop 5k in performance and walk all over that srt8 with half the cash invested.

haha wow i guess the challengers make the drivers super cocky

this middle aged guy in my town got one (its like black and champaign) and he pulled up next to my dads stock crossfire revving his engine

my dad didnt race him cause 1. hes over 50 years old and is afraid to get caught(highly understandable around here cause if you get caught street racing they impound you car and fine you)

and 2. his crossfire isnt all that nice lol, he got it cause he couldnt get a porsche

but i'd love to race the guy next summer in my camaro for sure if its done
