well i was fun raceing my friend he has a dune buggy it get to around 3rd gear fast and then it takes literally 2 mins to get out of 3rd. so me and him race to 60 and then stop just a fun thing we do. well we were goin from a stop light and o was messing with my stero and so he got a head start so i start out and then he is ahead of me then a cop pulls out and slows him down and gives him a ticket casue he was in the inside lane and i just left after that. but he got 2 tickets one for goin 7 mph over the speed limit and another or wreckless driving. so it suck to be him.

My father is a Hamilton County Sheriff and he agrees. The court wont or shouldn't waste there time on a 7MPH ticket.

ya but lawyers will be more expensive then the ticket so he doesnt know. and i did fight mine and won. just casue insurance would go down and less marks on my lisense only cost me about $150 for the lawyer adn saved me money in the long run.

If it's me I fight the 7mph over, the lawyer would be well worth it. If you don't fight it you gotta pay the ticket, insurance goes up, probably still have to pay to take the "bad" driver's course and watch Red Pavement or whatever the anti-speeding scare tactic video is called. Anything 9mph or less I would fight.
