Something is very wrong, but here's the sheet anyway...
I should have more power than this, and you can see on the sheet that the car is misfiring.
I also seem to be running very lean

Did you try closing the gap on the plugs?

Might be time for a new coil/dist too.

Could be a number of things causing the missing. As SpecialK mentioned could be the spark plug gap or time for a tune up. Might also check for--

Clogged fuel filter.
Correct timing
Vaccum leaks

Well, it is time for a tune-up for one, which I'm gonna do while we have it all apart putting inthe Cam and headers.

I need to test my fuel pump, as it has over 175k miles on it.
I already know the timing is off, plus the computer keeps retarding the timing.

I already have a new coil, but I have not checked out the ditributor yet
