Well...this is how it went.

No excuses, he beat me. Just filling everyone in.
There are rumors he added a small shot of nitrous. I don't buy it. I checked out the car.
Also, I was running my street wheels. Heavy Torque Thrusts. Rotational mass killed me. I am probably only a 12.3-12.4 at 115'ish' on these instead of my 11.9x at 118'ish'
Also, I took the cameraman...so add 150-160 pounds there.
The Z06 was probably 800 pounds lighter last night.

He was on BFG DR's and I was on Nitto DR's. I had a little more of a problem with traction than he did. Traction wasn't an issue where he really put distance on me though.

First two races are from inside my car. Last race is the Z06 against a Kenne Bell'd 03 Cobra. Z06 owner told me I hung better than that KB Cobra.


Both of my races were from 30 to 120'ish'

I need to put my car on a diet and go again. With the ProStars on it.
It was a fun evening though. He was real cool about running them, and actually was impressed with my car considering all the weight we had in it.

Havent watched it yet, but either way, there is no shame in losing to a 3000lb 500+ whp car at all

EDIT: watched, and it was still impressive (both of the cars).
And you definitely were holding much better than the Mustang, the Z06 had at least a length on him within 3 seconds.

I have done it, so now it might be time to see how close I can get to 11.50 at 5800.
