definitely a good pic!! I envy you year round drivers !! Mine's been in the garage since November (except for 5mins. 1day in January), but hopefully the weather breaks soon and we get some rain to wash away the salt . Then hopefully we can get our cars out .(gotta move south soon!!)

If anyone is wanting to move south now's a great chance, people are trying like hell to sell their houses here and prices have gone WAY down. I saw a fairly new 4 bed, 3 bath, 2 story, 2 car garage on 1/2 acre in a nice area just sell for 180k. Oh, and it had an above ground pool that was less than 6 months old. 2 years ago that house would've sold for well over 300k easy, gotta love when real estate inflation drops down.

Lol, if i had better credit, and was out of school now, i would consider it... but, damn... can't right now... that is a great offer... lol hm... Florida... I could live there again... lol

I'm going to check it out , driving down the first week in April ... Need a little getaway, hopefully by time I get back the weather will be little bit better ... Have to look into the work picture ,rates ,etc...Definitely looking forward to the sunny Florida weather .
