I feel like a noob but this has been bugging the shit out of me for a week now. I've been contemplating scraping my plans of building up the 6 and just getting a TA or Formula. So I was looking on autotrader and found this.



My question is what are the emblems on the fender and sail panel? My first thought was maybe Blackbird but at the moment I can't find any pics of the 4th gen Blackbirds GMMG made.

Those look to be the NHRA edition badges. The blackbird was based off of a WS6 wasn't it? I've only seen on and it looked like a silver (with black accents) WS6. But, getting back on topic, I would say those are NHRA edition badges.

I think I'm just gonna call the dealership it's at and schedule a test drive. That was I get a good look at the emblems and then I can see for myself if theres anything wrong with it, because they want 13k, and I thought NHRA editions were hard to come by and would raise the price a little bit.

I would bet that they don't.I went and looked at a 2001 SS a few months ago and the salesman was asking me questions about it.He kept calling it a Z28.And he said "it has a V8" in it.
