Question about the K&N Cold Air Intake for the 6 cylinder you have- is it the lid type or do I need to cut into the fender?

It's not a lid type, it's not a fender well type. It's an open element filter that goes over the radiator.

I have to apologize to you right up front. We have taken the V6 portion of the site down for the time being because we still haven't finished it and because not all the prices are correct, including the part you are interested in.
