If you need something like that again try us out, plus we have slightly lower prices. We keep a fairly low inventory of parts on hand so we would probably contact you like that too. The difference is I'll call you and let you know the status right off the bat. Occasionally, if I don't have it in stock and the manufacturer is out too, I give the customer the option of trying to find it on their own and reverse the transaction. We're a smaller operation so we can do that, but when we get bigger and we can't contact everyone personally we will have to start using emails and our customers will have to wait. Of course we'll have a larger inventory too so that's less likely to happen. I wouldn't write them off because they sent you that email. By the way our induction section is 3% off until 3/15/08.

yeah ive bought from LMPerformance before and they were really good. gave me a tracking number and kept me up to date on the status of my order. they also got me my item pretty quick too. they must not have had your item in stock or something.

Come to think of it, thats where I got my louvers from a year ago. Adhesive wore off due to heat index of 110+ for two weeks solid though. Decided it wasn't worth it to put them back on.
