go for the v6 camaro. My buddy has an 01 v6 w/ a cam, headers, bolt-ons and a mail order tune from TSP and he runs 14.1 @ 100mph in the 1/4 mile. That right there is stock LT1 turf. That cougar is junk, another ford w/ a mask on, look up it's recalls, I bet the list is longer that the list of guys parris hilton gave blow jobs to.

Actually a glasspack on a 3.8 sounds pretty damn good imo. Hell my S-10 has just that, no cat and it's nice and mellow at idle. Every now and then a kid just eyeballs it expecting me to do something.

You'd be happier with the Camaro. At least you could modify it.Is there anything available for the cougar?

As I said on the other thread, go wth the camaro, the 2000 cougar is so girly.

I voted for '96 Camaro with HP Muffler

There was a turbo option for the 2000 models. Just not in America.

Either eay that year model is kinda bleh. All you got for options is catback exhaust, CAI, and bodykits.
