Default A Father Bragging
My oldest son Matt(lt1 powered89) is in Nashville auto diesel college. He told me when he was 17 he wanted to go to this college and break the dyno record. Well he and his partner did that today. The old record was 424 Hp. They made 464 Hp. Its a 355 bottom end and they worked with GM performace heads,intake and carb. Their job was to get as much hp that they could on the dyno.You have to remember these are used parts. It may not seem like alot but he did what he wanted to do. I'm just a proud father right now and I have to share it with Ya'll!!! PROUD POPPA!!! Jeff

Hey Andy dont know all the particulers on what they had to work with. They were given the parts and told to have at it. His instructers were surprised at what they got! So maybe they were used parts that they were workin with. I dont know. He did tell me the best ford motor only made 346Hp

I'm sorry Andy they were given the bottom end complete. Then given heads, intake and carb and told to have at it. Didnt know how well he done till Zach asked if I heard from Matt today. I said no and he said matt texted him and told him. Parents are always the last to know. He called but was at work and told me Quickly what was goin on. When I get the facts will be sure to let Ya'll know! Jeff

Also got one thats 17. He just purchased a B4C camaro. I was the lucky one who flew to Charlotte to pick it up and drive it home but what the hell i aint worked since Mon.
